Sparkling Berry Blend:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Honey (to taste)
  • 1 cup Natural Mixed Berry Flavor Crystal Geyser Sparkling Water

Instructions:

  • Place slightly thawed or fresh berries in a blender with lemon juice and honey
  • Blend for 15-25 seconds
  • Pour berry blend into mason jar or pint glass
  • Add sparkling water and stir gently
  • Enjoy!
