We all love getting deals; it just feels good to know that you saved money on a purchase.  It’s that “good feeling” that encourages us all to participate in #GivingTuesday.  A movement that began in 2012 now has over 40,000 organizations in 71 countries participating in this international day of giving.  The Tuesday after Thanksgiving – marked by the passing of Black Friday and Cyber Monday – #GivingTuesday kicks off the annual season of charitable giving when many individuals and organizations make their contributions to nonprofits around the world.

Across the nation and around the world, nonprofit organizations have registered their cause with Giving Tuesday making it possible for individuals and businesses to contribute and participate in a meaningful way.  Collective giving allows people with similar interests and passions to pool their resources to make an impact.   No contribution is too small and #GivingTuesday offers a way for everyone to participate in giving back.
